Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Telemarketing & Digital Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a confident phone presence, and a basic understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies. You will play a key role in generating leads, promoting our services, and supporting our digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a customer database.
- Present and explain products or services to prospects.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Assist in basic digital marketing activities such as:
- Social media posting and engagement
- Updating website content
- Email marketing campaigns
- Creating simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
- Maintain records of calls and leads using CRM systems.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, email marketing, content posting, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or social media schedulers is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher; marketing or business studies is a plus.
- Previous experience in B2B marketing is an advantage.
- Multilingual skills are a bonus.
