- Develop and manage ROI-focused digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Drive traffic, conversions, and qualified leads through performance-based strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, market segmentation, and audience targeting to improve campaign outcomes.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and Lead generation
- Optimize landing pages and sales funnels for maximum conversion rates.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Execute and support basic graphic design, video editing, and product photography for marketing assets when needed.
- Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and best practices in the UAE market.
- Implement A/B testing for creatives, audience groups, bidding models, and landing pages.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and forecast campaign performance.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms.
- Deliver detailed performance insights and recommendations to management regularly.
Desire Candidate:
- Minimum 4 years of UAE-based experience in performance marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads, and retargeting.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, etc.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of photography/videography (mobile or DSLR) for content creation.
- Strong understanding of the UAE’s digital audience and online buyer behaviour.
- Attention to detail, excellent data interpretation, and creative thinking.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce is a plus.
