About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer & Social Media Manager to join our retail team in Sharjah. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies, growing our brand presence across platforms, and engaging with customers through compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Design eye-catching creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Run and monitor online ad campaigns via Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments professionally
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with the in-store team for promotions, product shoots, and brand stories
- Stay updated on digital trends and apply them to our campaigns
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital advertising
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads
- Creative eye for visuals and branding
- Ability to write engaging, culturally appropriate captions
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or similar
- Basic photography or video editing skills is a plus
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a bonus
Work Schedule
- 6 days/week
- 9am to 6pm (hours may vary slightly depending on shop needs)
- Position is on-site at our shop in Sharjah
