Social Media Sales Lady Design & Construction

We are a dynamic Abu Dhabi-based general contracting company specializing in residential villa projects and light commercial construction and fit-out. We are seeking a confident and proactive Social Media & Marketing Rep preferably with background in Design, Architecture or Engineering to support our growing client base and help expand our project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact with new and existing clients by phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate new leads and project opportunities
- Maintain relationships with current clients and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction
- Develop, update, and distribute marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media posts)
- Visit construction sites throughout the process for photos and video content
- Create in digital campaigns and sending greetings or automated marketing messages
- Track and manage client interactions and inquiries using CRM tools
- Provide input on marketing strategy and brand positioning
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing—preferably in the construction or real estate sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed, and confident in client-facing situations
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Candidates fluent in both Arabic and English are highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and CRM systems is a plus
- UAE driver’s license is an advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
