Document Controller cum Project Coordinator (Immediate joiners preferred)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Unitek General Contracting LLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller cum Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have experience in the construction or facility management industry and be well-versed in handling project documentation, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage project documentation, drawings, and records in an organized manner.
- Coordinate between departments, consultants, and site teams to ensure project timelines and documentation flow.
- Ensure all documents are controlled, up-to-date, and properly filed as per company protocols.
- Track submissions, approvals, and correspondence related to project progress.
- Support the project team with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
- Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction or facility management.
- Proficient in document control systems, MS Office, and communication tools.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Available to join in Abu Dhabi.
