Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Jebel Ali. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in documentation management and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and control company documents in both digital and physical formats
- Ensure proper filing, tracking, and distribution of project documents
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company standards
- Prepare reports and update records using MS Excel
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
- Previous experience as a Document Controller will be an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
