Job Title: Document Controller
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the reorganization and management of the company’s digital Share Drive, ensuring files are systematically organized and easily accessible.
- Conduct a comprehensive clean-up and reorganization of archives, focusing on files over 10 years old.
- Develop and implement document control procedures and standards.
- Ensure all documents are properly labelled, version-controlled, and accessible to authorized personnel.
- Oversee physical and electronic document storage, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.
- Support compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and record-keeping requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth document flow and management.
- Assist in training staff on document management best practices.
- Regularly review and update document management processes to improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports on document status and cleanliness as required.
