About Us:
SD Ceilings LLC is a leading company specializing in the production and installation of stretch ceilings, custom lighting solutions, and ceiling profiles. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Draftsman to join our dynamic team and support our expanding customer base.
Responsibilities:
– Documentation & Technical Drawings:
· Prepare and maintain documentation required for obtaining work permits for installation teams
· Create CAD drawings for ceiling profiles and mounting systems
· Provide technical drawings for client approvals
– Material Management:
· Distribute required materials for each project daily
· Maintain accurate records of issued and returned materials
· Receive and log unused materials upon project completion
– Supplier Coordination & Logistics:
· Communicate with suppliers regarding material orders and delivery logistics
· Collaborate with the accounting team for inventory coordination
· Investigate and resolve material shortages or overuse
– Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
· Submit weekly stock level reports
· Propose improvements for inventory and distribution processes
Requirements:
· Experience in technical documentation and/or inventory control
· Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
· Confident user of Excel and Google Sheets
· Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills
· Ability to prepare 3D visualizations for client presentations (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar tools) is a plus
· Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
