Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and punctual Operations Driver to manage staff pickup and drop-off services. The driver will ensure employees are transported safely and on time to and from designated locations, maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition, and support other operational transport needs when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and drop off staff according to the assigned schedule and routes.
- Ensure timely transportation of employees to work sites, accommodations, or other locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of the vehicle.
- Monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctuality and avoid delays.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with other operational driving needs when required.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license (light vehicle/bus license, as applicable).
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and routes.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English (basic Arabic is an advantage).
