We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience specifically in the F&B sector, with a solid understanding of UAE labor laws, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g. leaves, attendance, absences)
- Monitor compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes
- Manage HR-related documentation such as contracts, warnings, and memos
- Handle employee queries related to HR, benefits, and policies
- Support the HR Manager in day-to-day operations and HR initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the F&B / hospitality industry (UAE Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Immediate availability is a strong advantage
