Job Description:1. Greet and direct customers. 2.Provide accurate information and services to customers, take ownership of customer issues. (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services). 3. Good enough to handle angry and difficult customers at after sale desk. 4. Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution. 5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers. 6. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing. 7. Cross-sell products and ensure racks are fully stocked.
Requirements:1. Proven work experience as sales representative, customer service or similar role. 2. Ability to use positive language. 3. Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships. 4. Empathy, active listening, patience. 5. Flexible in any shift and week off. 6. Awareness of retail store operation procedure. 7. Familiar with consumer behaviour principles. 8. Proffered age is less than 30 years.
