- Developing E-commerce Strategy:

- Managing Online Store:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, including product listings, inventory management, and updates.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions (including site speed, navigation, and mobile optimization).
- Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.) to drive traffic to the website and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content, ad campaigns, and offers.
- Sales and Revenue Management:
- Monitor and analyze sales data, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue streams through promotions, discounts, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Develop pricing strategies and product bundles that maximize profit while maintaining competitive advantage.
- Customer Experience and Retention:
- Ensure excellent customer service through timely responses to inquiries, managing customer complaints, and optimizing the post-purchase experience.
