We are looking for an E&I Quantity Surveyor for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 24 months - extendable based on project requirement
Work Schedule: Working on site will be 8 to 10-hour shifts
Single Status
Qualification and Experience Required:
- 5 and above years of experience in the field
- Site experience is a must.
- Experience with Adnoc on site and Adnoc approved is highly preferred.
- Requiring maximum one month notice.
- Worked for EPCM Oil and gas companies for minimum 5 years
- ISO certificate is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering disciplines.
- Fluent English communication skills are essential.
Services Description
- To Maintain the overall master quantity record, incorporating updates from revised drawings.
- To prepare the RFQ document.
- To Evaluate the Commercial Bid.
- To Prepare the Preambles, Schedules of Rates, Bills of Quantities and Estimations.
- To Prepare project cost reports and review them in coordination with the Commercial and Subcontracts Manager.
- To Review and certify subcontractor payment applications in line with the terms and conditions of the subcontract.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve subcontractor disputes, claims, and performance related issues.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in Oil & gas project
- AUTO cad Software knowledge required
- To Prepare quantity take offs for Electrical and Instrumentation works.
