We are seeking a detail-oriented ELV Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Parking Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the execution of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems projects, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage ELV system installation projects within parking facilities, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Monitor project progress, prepare schedules, and provide regular status updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards throughout project execution.
- Assist in procurement and logistics planning for ELV system components.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and correspondence.
- Resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in coordinating ELV projects or similar roles, preferably in Parking Management or related industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements related to ELV systems.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
