Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and caring Nanny / Teacher Assistant to support the daily care and educational activities of children. The ideal candidate will assist with childcare, facilitate learning activities, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for the children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care and supervision for children at all times.
- Assist in planning and conducting age-appropriate educational activities.
- Support teachers in classroom management and maintaining discipline.
- Help children with basic learning, reading, writing, and creative tasks.
- Ensure children’s hygiene, safety, and well-being are maintained.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when required.
- Organize playtime, indoor/outdoor activities, and storytelling sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parents and teachers about children’s progress and needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional childcare or early education certification is preferred.
- Previous experience as a nanny, babysitter, or teacher assistant is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of child development and educational practices.
- Patient, caring, and responsible attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.
Working Conditions:
Full Time with the family inhouse
Must speak, read, and write in English fluently
