The Estimation Manager will be responsible for leading the estimation process for all interior fit-out projects. This role involves managing quantity take-offs, preparing BOQs, cost analysis, vendor pricing, and overseeing the entire tendering process to ensure competitive and accurate project costing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to prepare accurate estimates.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior fit-out works.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams to gather pricing and technical data.
- Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive quotations.
- Analyze and evaluate project risks, propose value engineering options where applicable.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents on time.
- Maintain and update a cost database for materials, labor, and suppliers.
- Lead and manage the estimation team, ensuring quality and consistency in outputs.
- Attend pre-tender meetings, site visits, and client discussions as required.
- Provide cost support to project teams during execution phases.
