Responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of a private household. They manage day-to-day operations, staff, budgets, and various household tasks, ensuring the home functions seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Household Operations Management:

Overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the household, including scheduling, maintenance, and coordinating staff.

Staff Supervision:

Hiring, training, and supervising domestic staff, such as housekeepers, nannies, chefs, and other personnel.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

Handling household finances, including budgeting, bill payments, and managing household expenses.

Event Planning and Coordination:

Organizing events, parties, and social gatherings, ensuring smooth execution.

House Maintenance:

Coordinating repairs, renovations, and general property upkeep.

Inventory and Procurement:

Managing household supplies, groceries, and other items, ensuring adequate stock and including Maintenance of Household Equipment’s

Security Oversight:

Working with security teams to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Communication and Coordination:

Acting as the primary point of contact for the household, communicating with the principal and household staff.

Personal Assistance:

Providing personal assistance to the family, including travel arrangements, Food Orders, Home Decoration, Doctor appointments bookings , and errands and grocery scheduling.

Additional Duties:

Greeting Guests: Welcoming and attending to guests and visitors.

Running Errands: Performing tasks like grocery shopping, laundry, and other necessary errands.

Maintaining Organization: Keeping the home organized and tidy.

Managing Schedules: Overseeing the family calendar, scheduling appointments and activities.

Handling Administrative Duties: Managing household bills, paying invoices, and handling paperwork.

Managing Food and Beverage: Overseeing food preparation and service, including catering for events.

Maintaining Household Inventory: Keeping track of household items and supplies.
