Job Description:
- Ability to read civil drawings, take-off door quantities, prepare ironmongery schedules, estimates and quotations
- Assist and support your Seniors with regard to Project data, Customer data, Salesmen and Estimators data and other related requirements while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- In accordance with ISO Quality Standard requirements, to record all details and to correspond with the Customers with regard to the projects you are estimating or other related activities.
- Scanning and making copies of important documents and filing them in a professional and systematic manner.
- Maintaining data-bases, operating office equipment and managing office space.
- Executing and maintaining office systems. File and retrieve documents, records and reports.
- Liaising with the Company’s customers and staff regarding official matters.
- Keep all company’s information + details strictly confidential and not enter into any activity which would harm the interests of the employer/ Company.
Requirements:
- Education : Civil Engineers
- Previous experience : 2-3 years of home country OR UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator (as opposed to site supervision)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
