1. Business Development:
- Self-generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and market research.
- Identify and target new clients (corporates, brands, government entities).
- Pitch Luxe’s services (exhibitions, conferences, activations, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- Oversee event execution from proposal to delivery, ensuring profitability.
- Upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics).
- Prepare reports on sales targets, KPIs, and revenue growth
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in events/exhibitions (agency or corporate).
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales.
- Strong negotiation and client management skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai events and exhibitions market.
- Attributes: - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Leadership potential to grow into a managerial role.
