Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and organised Marketing and Events Executive to help plan and deliver our events from start to finish. You’ll support the team by handling the details – from setting timelines and managing logistics to working with suppliers and making sure guests have a great experience and objectives are met.
Key responsibilities
- Help plan and organise events – big or small – from concept to completion
- Source and manage suppliers such as venues, caterers, decorators, and technical teams
- Coordinate event logistics including equipment, permits, and staffing
- Keep track of budgets, timelines, and key tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Work with internal teams to understand what each event needs to achieve
- Liaise with external vendors and partners to bring the event to life
- Handle invites, guest lists, and on-the-day coordination
- Make sure each event follows brand guidelines and internal policies
- Track event feedback and suggest ways to improve future events
- Support reporting on event spend and outcomes
What we’re looking for
- Preferably Tagalog speaker and Dubai-based candidate
- Experience in planning or supporting events
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident working with people inside and outside the company
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with tight deadlines and occasional travel or late hours during events
- A positive attitude and hands-on approach
