Role Overview:
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Events & Customer Experience Executive to lead our client engagement initiatives through well-curated events, corporate gifting, and personalized service. This role is critical in enhancing the client journey and brand presence for our real estate developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Management
- Plan and execute in-house and external events, such as property launches, private viewings, exhibitions, and networking activations.
- Coordinate with venues, decorators, agencies, and internal departments to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Prepare and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
- Represent the brand during events and ensure a high-end client experience.
Customer Experience
- Serve as a point of contact for VIP clients during events and key touchpoints.
- Deliver white-glove service and ensure prompt, professional client interaction.
- Maintain and update client preferences, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system to personalize future engagements.
Corporate Gifting & Purchasing
- Identify, source, and manage high-quality gifting items for clients, agents, and stakeholders.
- Handle procurement, vendor negotiations, and inventory of gift items.
- Coordinate personalized delivery experiences for gifting campaigns and festive occasions.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Admin, and Management teams to align event and gifting initiatives with business goals.
- Provide post-event analysis, reporting, and improvement suggestions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in events management, purchasing/procurement, or customer service—preferably in real estate, luxury, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Presentable and client-facing with a proactive mindset.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the UAE events and gifting vendor landscape.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
