Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This role requires someone who is resourceful, a good problem solver, and capable of maintaining confidentiality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Arrange internal and external meetings and events
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external stakeholders
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and filing systems
- Assist with special projects and reports as needed
- Monitor and respond to executive emails and communications
- Prepare expense reports and track reimbursements
