Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Administrator plus sales coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the real estate industry, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires someone who can handle various administrative tasks and provide efficient support to our real estate agents and management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day administrative support to agents and managers.
- Maintain and update property listings in the company database and online platforms.
- Broker portal management and preparation of contract A, B , F & A2A
- Register and coordinate with developers and follow up for NOCs.
- Utilize the Trakheesi system for generating permits and ensure all listing adhere to RERA rules
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies
- Manage and organize property files and documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments for team
- Provide administrative support to the management team and agents as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role mandatory
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in creating and managing real estate documents such as contracts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be presentable, reliable and a team player.
