We are seeking skilled Fabricators to join our dynamic steel manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be experts in shaping, assembling, and welding steel components to create high-quality products that meet industry standards. Responsibilities: - Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand fabrication specifications. - Cut, shape, and assemble steel components using welding, grinding, and other fabrication techniques. - Ensure all fabricated parts meet quality standards and specifications. - Operate fabrication machinery and tools safely and efficiently. - Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to solve fabrication challenges and improve processes. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. - Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments. - Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a steel fabricator or similar role in the manufacturing industry. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. - Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding. - Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures in fabrication work. - Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina. - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. - Relevant certifications in welding or fabrication are preferred. - Flexibility to work in shifts and handle physically demanding tasks.
