Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Female Accountant to manage our accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should be proficient in accounting software and have a solid understanding of UAE VAT regulations and bookkeeping practices, especially in a business setup or consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks: A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
- Handle VAT registration, filing, and compliance with UAE FTA regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors, clients, and government authorities as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all company financial transactions.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense claims.
- Support the business setup process from a financial perspective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books).
- Strong knowledge of VAT filing and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Female candidates only, as per role requirement.

- Experience working in a business setup or consultancy firm.
- Familiarity with UAE company formation and PRO services.
- Time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
