We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Arabic and English, with at least 1 year of experience in the medical field, to join our growing team!
Qualifications:
- Proficient in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a medical or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage
- Ability to handle patient inquiries with professionalism and care
- Experience with healthcare software or systems is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
- Handle calls, appointments, and inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain accurate patient records and support administrative tasks
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
