Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and certified caregiver to provide exceptional care for infants, newborns, and young children, with an emphasis on safety, nurturing, and developmental support. The ideal candidate will also be capable of providing elderly care assistance when necessary. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for others. Required Nationality - Philipino

Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants and newborns, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Create a warm and stimulating environment that promotes healthy development and growth.
Establish and maintain a consistent routine for feeding, napping, and playtime activities.
Attend to the personal hygiene and grooming needs of infants, including diaper changes, bathing, and dressing.
Monitor infants for signs of discomfort, illness, or distress, and promptly address any concerns.
Engage in age-appropriate play and educational activities to support cognitive and motor skill development.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines provided by parents or caregivers.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, including regular disinfection of toys, play areas, and feeding equipment.
Provide companionship and emotional support to infants and children, fostering a sense of security and trust.
Communicate effectively with parents or caregivers regarding daily activities, milestones, and any concerns or observations.
Assist with household tasks related to infant care, such as laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Provide elderly care assistance as needed, including companionship, medication reminders, and assistance with daily activities.
Qualifications:
Certified caregiver with a recognized qualification in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field.
Proven experience working as a caregiver for infants, newborns, or young children, preferably in a professional childcare setting.
Knowledge of infant care best practices, including feeding, sleep training, and developmental milestones.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with children and families.
Patience, compassion, and a nurturing disposition.
Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and caregivers.
First aid and CPR certification for infants and children (preferred).
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities.
