Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable of the listing rules from Off Plan to Off Plan Resale and Secondary Market.
- Organize property details including photos, videos, floor plans, title deeds, NOCs, and IDs.
- Maintain a high-quality score for the listings on each platform.
- Contact owners to ascertain property availability.
- Call and send messages to landlords to obtain units for listing.
- Oversee portal requirements & listing updates on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- Well-versed with the Property Finder Portal.
- Answer and dial phone calls and emails, take messages, schedule appointments, prepare real estate forms, and documents.
- Coordinate newly available properties with developers.
- Prepare tenancy contracts.
- Keep tenant/buyer/landlord records updated.
