Salary Range: AED 40,000 – 60,000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Development Manager to lead and manage high-profile real estate projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate development, construction project management, and client representation. This role requires strategic oversight, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate a wide range of stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management and Oversight
Lead the full project lifecycle, overseeing consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact among all project stakeholders, aligning team efforts to meet the client’s vision and objectives.
- Quality Control and Monitoring
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, verify quality of workmanship, and ensure adherence to specifications and timelines.
- Financial and Administrative Oversight
Manage project financials, including handling tender queries, issuing notices related to payments, tracking budgets, and overseeing relevant administrative processes.
- Client Representation and Expertise
Act as the client’s representative throughout the development process, ensuring their interests are protected. Must be highly skilled in construction project delivery, including design-and-build contracts, and capable of maintaining an objective and professional stance at all times.
- Client Engagement
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and address inquiries or concerns during the development, buying, or selling process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in real estate development and construction project management
- Proven experience acting as a Client Representative in real estate or development projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, design and build contracts, and real estate transactions
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction Management preferred
