THE FEMALE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE IN UAE ITSELF FOR A DIRECT INTERVIEW AND READY TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY
- Minimum of 2 Years Experience in the Same position with UAE or Outside UAE.
- Experience in the Front Office will be counted who have good communication skills
- Overseeing guest experience from guest arrival, throughout their stay and during their departure.
- Providing Guest, a personal experience and going beyond for the service.
- Reviewing the arrival list daily and assist in ensuring the apartment preparation and distribution of welcome amenities.
- Responding quickly to calls to ensure guests are not kept waiting.
- Suggesting best places to tour, shop, and dine to enhance guest experience and guiding to the Travel Desk.
- Priority tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues which is essential for the daily running of the operations.
- Managing difficult communications with valued guests who are unsatisfied
- Warm and welcoming character.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organization.
SALARY WILL BE AED 1600PLUS OTHER BENEFITS Food, Sharing Accommodation, Visa, Insurance Etc.
