Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual goals and fitness levels.
- Lead group classes with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Actively promote and sell personal training packages to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Perform fitness assessments, track client progress, and provide ongoing support and motivation.
- Contribute to creating a positive and empowering fitness environment for all members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance client experience and retention.

Requirements:
- REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer certification (mandatory).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in personal training or group coaching (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus.
