V A S S International/SBC Global is in urgent need of a smart and presentable Female Receptionist with good communication skills telephone manners. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm welcome and handling all front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic office Accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- UAE Experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates preferably with B.com or related field.
