Duties & Responsibilities
- Must have experience in Fish Cutting and making fillets
- Receive and inspect fish deliveries for quality and freshness
- Clean and sanitize the cutting station before and after each shift
- Ensure that all fish is cut to the highest quality standards
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels and report any shortages or excesses
- Work effectively with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the fish cutting area
