Required a Fit-Out Supervisor for an ADVERSTISING company in DIP.
The Fit-Out Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all interior fit-out activities on-site to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This includes supervising subcontractors, monitoring progress, ensuring health and safety compliance, and resolving on-site issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities related to interior fit-out works (e.g., partitions, flooring, MEP installation, joinery, finishes).
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure work is progressing according to timelines and specifications.
- Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the project standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, material delivery logs, and progress photographs.
- Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently while minimizing impact on project deadlines.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Attend site meetings and report project status to the management team.
