Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead residential and commercial interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing fit-out works in Dubai, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver interior fit-out projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and delays
- Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors for smooth workflow
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly
- Work with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials
- Verify that materials meet design and quality requirements before installation
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate logistics to avoid delays
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients
- Manage changes to scope and ensure client satisfaction at each stage
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out projects (residential & commercial)
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and local suppliers
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in task management and CRM tools (e.g., Trello, Zoho Projects, MS Project)
- Fluent in English; Hindi, Urdu or Arabic is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
