Job Description:
· Conduct initial site inspections to evaluate actual site conditions and provide accurate assessments and technical input before starting finishing works.
· Review architectural and finishing drawings to fully understand the project scope and decorative details.
- Strong technical knowledge in all types of interior finishing and decoration works
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQ
- Excellent leadership and labor supervision skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of modern decorative materials and installation techniques
· Supervise all finishing and decoration activities, including:
- Gypsum and false ceiling installations
- Painting and wall finishes
- Flooring (tiles, marble, parquet, vinyl)
- Woodworks (doors, wardrobes, decorative panels)
- Glass, mirrors, and aluminium works
- Decorative lighting installations (LED, spotlights)
· Submit daily reports to the Manager, including manpower status, progress updates, used materials, and site issues.
