Job Summary:
Assist the Team Leader in driving F&B sales, optimizing operations, and executing marketing strategies. This role involves coordinating between departments, managing delivery services, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and kiosk teams to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
- Support creating kids' catering menus & assist in new menu rollout.
Sales Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Execute promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with delivery platforms like Talabat to optimize performance.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
Kiosk Operations:
- Accompany on kiosk visits to ensure that standards are met.
- Assist in resolving operational challenges.
- Support team members in achieving performance goals and targets.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in F&B or a related field.
Strong communication, organizational, and sales skills
