Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food Safety Supervisor to oversee food safety and sanitation protocols in our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining hygiene standards, and leading training initiatives to promote food safety culture across the organization.
1. Health management and supervision of the central kitchen and distribution chain
2. Promotion of production hygiene and safety procedures
3. Training for new employees on hygiene requirements
4. Strictly adhere to food safety standards (HACCP system)
Strict requirements.
1) At least 2 years of experience in the management of the food and beverage department or a restaurant in an international hotel (with the ability to lead a team)
2) Optimization of food safety processes, shipping processes, and delivery processes
3) Must hold a food safety management certificate and have relevant industry experience.
4) Priority will be given to those with experience in third-party inspections at supermarkets
