We are looking for experienced Sales Executives who have specifically worked in the UAE market and have strong knowledge of the marble and granite industry.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the marble & granite industry (Supply & Installation for Countertops, Vanity Counter, Island Counter, Steps & Riser, Hard Landscape, Water Features. Including Waterjet-cutting services and designs for decorative marble/granite .
- Must have experience in the UAE
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales for granite and marble products such as countertops, vanities, kitchen counters, Island Counter, Landscaping, Water Features ,steps, and risers, Indoor Wall Cladding, lift Design and so many more.
- Meet with clients, Present material samples, prepare quotations, and ensure project execution and timely delivery.
- Follow up on payments and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain new customer relationships.
- Analyze costs and sales trends to improve profitability.
- Meet monthly sales targets as set by the management (specific target will be discussed during the interview, based on experience).
Sales Target:
- Minimum AED 100,000 - AED 150,000 per month (subject to change based on market conditions and candidate's experience).
- Performance-based incentives and commissions available.
