The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the full operations of a club venue—be it a members' club, executive lounge, or fitness/recreation facility. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high-quality guest experiences, seamless operations, and adherence to brand standards and financial targets.
Your day to day
Operational Leadership
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery
Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance
Team Management & Staff Development
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, fostering a motivated and professional team
Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Manage budgets, control departmental expenses, and contribute to financial planning
Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs like membership retention and revenue growth
Customer & Member Experience
Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly
Build and maintain positive relationships with members, guests, and partners
Events, Marketing & Member Engagement
Plan and execute events, activities, and promotions to boost engagement and satisfaction
Implement retention strategies and collaborate with marketing teams to attract new members
Policy, Compliance & Standards
Develop and enforce operational policies, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations
What we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
- 2-5 years in club management or a similar supervisory role; hospitality or leisure experience a plus
- Strong team building, training, and staff management capabilities
- Budgeting, resource allocation, and financial monitoring proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills
- Skilled at multitasking, event management, and strategic planning
- Fluent in club management software, MS Office, and report systems Customer-focused, meticulous, proactive, and adaptable to evening/weekend operations
