Job Description:
We are looking for a freelance sales representative with a strong network and a passion for sales in the construction and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities and bring in project leads for our interior fit-out and MEP contracting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new clients and project opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Present company services to prospective clients and close sales.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful project handovers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior fit-out and MEP sectors.
- Must have own visa (Freelance/Residency).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission-based income – Attractive percentage per project secured.
- Travel and housing allowance will be provided.
- Flexible working hours.
