We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile individual to manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and participate in video shoots and content creation for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, handle calls, and maintain a professional reception area.
- Manage mail, office supplies, and general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, documentation).
- Prepare, organize, and proofread documents and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate meeting room setups.
- Update databases and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in video shoots and contribute to content creation for promotional and internal purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Bachelor’s degree (Office Administration certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable appearing in videos and assisting in creative content production.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
