We are looking for a pleasant and dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Office Staff & Sales Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the front desk
- Coordinate and follow up with customers on inquiries and orders
- Maintain and manage customer data
- Convince and assist customers with product/service information
- Manage and update data in Microsoft Excel
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude
Location: Sharja
