We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 5–7 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, prepare accurate financial reports, ensure compliance with regulations, and support project cost control and budgeting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and maintain job costing reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and vendors on billing and payment schedules.
- Assist with audits and conduct financial analysis as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QB, Tally Prime, Odoo or other ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of job costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
