Position Overview
The General Manager – Sales & Operations is responsible for leading and managing the overall business performance, focusing on revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role requires a strong blend of strategic vision, sales leadership, and operational management to ensure the seamless execution of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive growth.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, training, and motivation to the sales team.
2. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and service excellence.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory, supply chain, logistics, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive operational cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
3. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Formulate annual business plans and budgets, aligning sales and operational strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify trends to stay competitive.
- Implement performance improvement initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align with corporate goals.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams (sales, operations, customer service).
- Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability and collaboration.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent across functions.
5. Financial Management
- Monitor P&L, revenue, expenses, and margins.
- Optimize pricing, costs, and resource allocation to achieve profitability targets.
- Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in sales and operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales growth and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
