Job Title: Guest Relations Executive – Holiday Homes

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive who will be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure their stay is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. This role also involves managing property listings, responding to guest inquiries, handling official registrations, and coordinating with DTCM (Dubai Tourism) requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update property listings across online booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Property Finder , Dubizzle etc.)
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and booking requests
- Coordinate guest check-ins/check-outs and ensure all arrangements are in place
- Complete guest registrations and handle documentation requirements
- Liaise with DTCM for permits, renewals, and compliance matters
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for property readiness
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest details
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, holiday homes, or short-term rentals is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with DTCM regulations and registration processes is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and online booking platforms
- Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
