Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming patients and managing appointments.
- Provide dedicated support to patients, ensuring clear communication in Tagalog.
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and coordinate with clinical teams.
- Maintain patient records and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Tagalog and English (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital front desk or patient-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office).
