Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance tasks, particularly electrical work, general fit-out jobs, and basic AC maintenance. The role also involves painting, finishing, and general upkeep of facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across company facilities.
- Conduct basic electrical work and minor wiring jobs.
- Handle general fit-out and handyman tasks (mounting, fixtures, carpentry).
- Perform routine servicing and basic maintenance of AC units.
- Execute painting, patching, and finishing work to a high standard.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools.
- Experience in fit-out and general maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with AC units and basic servicing.
- Skills in painting and surface finishing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
