Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Handyman who can handle day-to-day maintenance issues in buildings. The ideal candidate will be versatile, responsive, and capable of performing a wide range of repair and upkeep tasks to ensure our properties are always in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, etc.)
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues and guest requests
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential problems
- Install and assemble fixtures or appliances as needed
- Liaise with the property management team regarding work progress
- Ensure properties are safe, clean, and fully functional at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
- Strong knowledge of general property maintenance
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and time management
- Valid driver’s license and own transport preferred
- Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance issues, including weekends if needed
