- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Post job vacancies on various platforms and screen incoming resumes
- Conduct initial interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future openings
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
HR Administration Duties:
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR files
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, NOCs, and warning letters
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and inductions
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and update HR systems accordingly
- Coordinate with PRO for visa, labor card, and other government-related processes
- Support payroll with attendance and timesheet reports
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of combined experience in HR administration and recruitment
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR procedures
- Experience using HR software and recruitment platforms
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
